Tugce has spent six-plus years working as a nanny in the towns along the Hudson River: Edgewater, Cliffside Park, and the neighborhoods around them. Somewhere in those years, she started noticing the same problem over and over: families were finding nannies through apps and Facebook groups where a "certification" or a five-star review could mean almost anything, because nobody was actually checking.
That's the gap we built Square Care to close. Tugce brings real, on-the-ground nanny experience. She knows exactly what a trustworthy caregiver looks like, and what corners get cut when a placement moves too fast. I handle building the systems to do this properly: reference calls we make ourselves, certifications kept current and on file, and a placement process that treats your family's routine as something worth learning in advance, not improvised on day one.
