These terms cover your use of the Square Care Network website and waitlist. Square Care is currently pre-launch; these terms will be expanded before the full matching service opens.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
A waitlist spot is not a guarantee of service, placement, or timing.
The founding-families offer (free service for our first ten families) applies to eligible families in our service area, as confirmed by us in writing when we contact you.

Accuracy

Please give us accurate information; matching depends on it. We may remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.

The service, once live

Square Care introduces families to vetted caregivers. Final hiring decisions always belong to the family. Detailed service terms, including our rematch guarantee, will be provided in a service agreement before any placement.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or waitlist.
