Square Care Network ("we", "us") is a nanny-matching service for families in New York and New
Jersey. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
We've kept it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: your name, email address, ZIP code, whether you're a family or a
nanny, and a few basics about your family (such as how many children need care).
- Basic technical information when you visit the site, such as anonymous visit counts. We do not
run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To contact you about your waitlist spot and, once we launch, to match families with caregivers.
- To understand which neighborhoods we should serve first.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your contact information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing on behalf of other companies.
- Joining the waitlist never involves a credit card.
Where your data lives
Waitlist entries are stored securely with Google Firebase (Firestore). Access is restricted; the
public site can add entries but cannot read the list.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and, for anything
significant, email the waitlist.
